Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches (e. g. , Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)Experience: ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ post-graduation clinical hoursLanguages: Fluency in English and the local languagePreferred Background: Experience in EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial rolesReady to make a real impact in mental health?
