Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Channel Sales Specialist to join our sales team, focusing on growing referred revenue from brokers across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. This individual will play a key role in realizing new business opportunities by furthering individual partner relationships established by the Channel Partnerships team, managing the sales pipeline from referral deals, closing deals, and ensuring a smooth handover to the Client Success team. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Sales and work closely with internal teams to achieve a revenue target annually. Pipeline Development and Management:

Collaborate with partners / brokers to uncover client needs, present tailored solutions, and position the company as a strategic partner for mental health benefitsEnable channel partnerships team to develop joint business pursuits of target accountsChannel Sales Process Ownership:

Lead the channel sales process from opportunity qualification to deal closure, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholdersContinually seek opportunities to refine the sales process to improve conversion rate, deal ACV, and deal velocityCross‑Functional FeedbackShare market insights and client feedback with Product, Consulting and Customer Success teamsHelp refine solution roadmaps and service offerings based on on‑the‑ground intelligenceRequirementsExperience & Skills3+ years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or partnership developmentProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a regional roleStrong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with partnersExceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsHighly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlinesExperience with CRM systems (e.
