Job Description

Position Overview: We're looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Development Specialist to drive our growth in the Americas, with a specific focus on large enterprise deals, Trust & Safety wellbeing solutions, and building our early-stage channel ecosystem alongside the US General Manager. This role is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing global commercial team with an initial target of $750K ARR. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales with operational alignment to our North America General Manager, you'll take ownership of outbound sales, broker/ partner-supported deals, and global Trust & Safety opportunities from North America and LATAM.

You'll be empowered to find the lever that scales — whether outbound, partner, or inbound. Your early traction will directly inform future hiring, budget allocation, and the expansion of our US sales infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: New Business Ownership Own outbound prospecting and deal-closing across key sectors including enterprise buyers, global procurement, and Trust & Safety functionsTest and iterate on outbound strategies to identify scalable sales motions for the US marketManage and close inbound opportunities, as well as collaborate with the Marketing team to identify new tactics to mutually grow pipeline (e. g.

marketing collateral and targeted industry case studies) Partner & Channel GTM SupportWork closely with the Head of North America to support early partner-led opportunities, including brokers, wellbeing consultants, and ecosystem partnersHandle and run the end-to-end sales cycle for referral deals initiated by North or Latin America channel partnersRepresent Intellect at US broker and partner events Global Trust & Safety Accounts Own the sales process for global Trust & Safety opportunities originating in the US and LATAM, including major BPOs, tech platforms, and social media firmsWork with our in-house clinical leaders to craft solutions that address burnout, trauma, and high-risk workforce needsRequirements6+ years in B2B sales, ideally within mental health, employee benefits, HR tech, or Trust & Safety servicesProven track record of closing $100K+ ACV deals and managing multi-stakeholder sales cyclesExperienced in outbound prospecting and also comfortable co-selling with channel partners or brokersSelf-starter with a strong bias for action, experimentation, and GTM iterationComfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-regional team and managing ambiguity as we buildPrior experience with commercial roles in healthcare, employee benefits and mental health is a big plus.
