The theft of intellectual property undermines the investment, expertise, and innovation that drive the company’s growth.Following its respect for creativity and protection of intellectual property, Louis Vuitton upholds a zero-tolerance policy against counterfeiting.This position is part of the Global Intellectual Property Department, dedicated to advising and supporting Louis Vuitton on brand protection matters across the South Asia markets.Job responsibilitiesSupport cease and desist actions against infringers.Assist in drafting authentication reports and witness statements.Conduct legal research on IP-related topics.Assist in managing raid actions.Conduct market visits to identify infringements and purchase samples.Assist in collecting evidence for litigation.ProfileEmployment Type and ProfileMust be able to commit for 6 months (January to June 2026) for a full-time internship.The intern must be an independent individual who is detailed oriented and meticulous, highly adaptable, and flexible to accept new ideas, people, and procedures.
