Intellectual Property Docketing Specialist Your tasksReviewing and analyzing incoming emails from clients/agents/IP Offices and accurately and timely update in the clients’ IP management systems matters related to their IP portfolio: New trademarks/patents/design applications; Domain Names/copyrights; Due dates and reminders; Refusals, oppositions, cancellations, infringements, agreements; Assignments, changes of name/address Declarations of use and renewals; Scanning, saving and uploading documents related to IP rights into the systems;Reviewing accuracy of documents and directing client’s attention to errors requiring correction;Cross-checking entries to confirm database accuracy;Sending daily or weekly docket reports per request;Working on docketing related projects and tasks for client transfers.Your profileUniversity degree;Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishGerman language skills are a plus;Precise and autonomous way of working;Team-spirit and initiative driven;Good analytical and time management skills;Strong interpersonal skills, discretion and high level of professionalism;Highly organized with excellent administration skills;High service orientation;Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously;Adaptable and personable;Ability to adhere to strict deadlines;Strong attention to detail;Good written and verbal communication skills;Good command of MS Office ( Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).IP experience is a plus.French language skills represent an advantage.We offer youAn adequate and motivating remuneration package;Intensive trainings delivered by our top specialists;The opportunity to grow within a quality-driven company;A welcoming working atmosphere in which talent is nurtured.Dennemeyer is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
