Job DescriptionIn this key leadership role, you'll work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Board to guide the financial and operational performance of the group. You'll bring insight, challenge, and clarity to complex decisions, ensuring our finance function drives real impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of Finance Business Partners and Commercial Managers to deliver impactful financial insights and strategic support to Business Unit leadershipProvide commercial financial leadership and insights to the Executive Leadership Team and respective leadership teamsLead the Group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectivesDelivery of financial performance reports and budget updates during Board meetings with confidence and clarityCritically evaluate major business cases, projects, and commercial decisions across the GroupQualificationsWe’re seeking a seasoned and commercially driven finance leader who thrives in complexity and brings a strategic mindset to every challenge.
