HR Generalist

Job Title: HR GeneralistPosition Type: Full-Time ContractLocation: Hybrid - San Francisco, CA / Seattle, WA / Lehi, UTSalary Range / Rate: $30/hr - $36/hr W2 (USD)Roles and Responsibilities: Act as initial point of contact for approximately 16,000 employees across the Americas (through Director level) for all Employee Experience-related questions. Areas of support include:

Coach Managers and employees with moderately complex cases in compensation, career development, Non-LOA accommodations, I-9 support, orientations, time off and benefitsProvide employee support to Director level and below populationAddress questions related to Employee Experience policies, procedures and programsIdentify and clarify issues through inquiryEvaluate potential solutions or implement selected solutionsMitigate escalations as much as possible and focus on quick resolutionResponsible for managing, tracking, closing, and reporting progress on Employee Experience inquires using the case tracking toolAssist employees and managers in utilizing and optimizing self-service transactions in Employee Experience-related toolsRequired Skills and Qualifications:
