Role OverviewAs Marketing Manager, you’ll own and execute the company’s marketing strategy, with a focus on elevating brand awareness, driving demand and supporting sales through impactful, data-driven campaigns.
You’ll bring a mix of strategic leadership and tactical execution across brand, digital, content, events, and product marketing. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute annual marketing strategy and budget aligned with company goalsDefine and report on OKRs to measure marketing effectiveness, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and OperationsMaintain the budget and provide monthly and quarterly reports to leadershipBrand Growth & CommunicationsOwn brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpointsManage PR, trade, media, and industry relationships to drive thought leadershipResponsible for collaborating with the Operations team to ensure that all marketing deliverables are accurately executed in client contracts.
Digital Marketing & Demand GenerationLead multi-channel lead generation campaigns (search, paid social, email, content, etc.
)Draft and optimize email marketing and sales sequences in collaboration with the sales teamOversee performance marketing, tracking, attribution, and ROI reportingPartner with product and sales on integrated 360° campaigns around key launches or seasonal pushesWebsite & Conversion OptimizationOwn and evolve the website as a lead-generation tool, including SEO, UX improvements, and Conversion rate optimizationEnsure all website content is up to date, relevant, constantly improved and aligned with campaign prioritiesMonitor and report on traffic, conversions, and user engagementContent & Product MarketingLead go-to-market strategies for new product features and launchesDefine product positioning and messaging in collaboration with Product and SalesDevelop and maintain sales enablement materials (presentations, one-pagers, case studies)Event & Industry MarketingPlan and execute event marketing strategies including trade shows, conferences, and sponsored appearancesLead the creation and submission of compelling panel proposals across diverse conference platformsCustomer Marketing & AdvocacyBuild and maintain a library of client success stories, testimonials, and case studiesSupport referral or ambassador programs in collaboration with the Sales teamInsights & OptimizationDefine KPIs and dashboards to track marketing performance and support data-driven decisionsAlign closely with CRM and sales ops to ensure visibility into the full lead-to-close funnelTeam & Vendor ManagementManage external vendors, freelancers, or agencies as needed to scale content and campaignsPotential to recruit, coach, and develop junior team members as the team growsQualifications5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or tech-enabled servicesStrong understanding of digital channels and CRM systems (e.
