This individual will play a key role in rebuilding and optimizing reporting processes, driving automation, and delivering insightful data analysis to support procurement operations. Ideal candidates will have strong Excel and database skills, a passion for solving problems through automation, and a keen eye for process improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Rebuild and enhance key procurement reports and dashboards that were impacted by a recent system migration, ensuring improved structure, accuracy, and usabilityDevelop, maintain, and optimize user-friendly reports and dashboards with a focus on KPIs for buying teamsAutomate workflows using Power Automate and Excel VBA MacrosPerform deep-dive data analysis to identify anomalies, root causes, and improvement opportunitiesCollaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve data issues and streamline payment-to-purchase workflowsManage and fine-tune reporting tools and databases, including Analyze360Run and distribute reports multiple times daily and follow up on performance metricsSupport supplier interactions with timely reporting and performance analysisOrganize procurement data in systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP toolsAssist in developing new tools and automations, such as pulling email data to network drivesWhat We’re Looking For:
Strong proficiency in Excel (including VBA Macros), Power Automate, and database managementExperience with procurement operations and data-heavy environmentsExcellent problem-solving and presentation skillsAbility to communicate findings clearly and create reports that are easy to interpretComfortable interacting with suppliers and internal stakeholdersFamiliarity with Oracle/SAP or similar ERP systems#LI-AL1
