Experience in liaising with Government Tax Departments and related authorities. Strong professional network with tax advisors and consultants. Exposure to manufacturing companies with multi-location operations across India and significant export turnover.Roles & Responsibilities Manage GST compliance and litigation for the Head Office and all branch locations. Oversee tax and financial compliance related to imports and exports. Identify and secure incentives or benefits from Government schemes across various avenues such as investments, exports, imports, local purchases, and both State and Central programs, including banks and financial institutions. Handle reporting requirements to relevant Government departments. Provide transaction advisory support to Sales, Purchase, Aftersales, and other business functions. Lead and anchor Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives within Finance Department projects.(ref:iimjobs.com)
