Job Title: Delivery 180 Technical RecruiterLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role: We’re looking for a results-driven Delivery 180 Technical Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. This role is focused purely on delivery — sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the interview process. No business development or client acquisition required. You’ll work closely with our account managers and clients to ensure high-quality technical talent is consistently delivered across projects. What You’ll Do: Source, screen, and submit top technical talent for open requisitionsManage the full candidate life cycle:
outreach, qualification, interview prep, and offer coordinationWork with delivery managers to understand role requirements and hiring goalsBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines across various technical skill setsEnsure an excellent candidate experience throughout the processMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATSCollaborate with internal teams to meet SLAs and delivery targetsWhat We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in a delivery-focused or 180 modelStrong understanding of technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.
)Proven ability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlinesSkilled in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing toolsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing your pipelineNice to Have: Experience recruiting for global or remote rolesBackground in agency, RPO, or delivery center environmentsFamiliarity with international hiring compliance and processes
