Interim CFO / Finance DirectorPE-backed Technology businessContract: 6 monthsDay Rate: €800-€1100Location: Frankfurt, GermanyFinatal are partner a European mid-market PE fund who have recently acquired a €3ml EBITDA Technology led asset and are looking for an Interim CFO / Finance Director to help get them into PE reporting standards.Key Requirements:Proven CFO or Senior finance leaderPrior PE experience is essentialExperience of 100-day plan, setting up KPI's, dashboards and building investor reportingPartnering with the founder/CEO and educating them around PE reportingExperience implementing financial controls and scalable processesStrong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skillsHands-on, delivery-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
