They are expanding rapidly in haemato-oncology and cellular therapies, with a strong pipeline and major upcoming launches in transformative, life-saving treatment areas.🌟 Position OverviewThe Head of Launch, Haemato-Oncology will lead the full commercial launch of a first-in-class allogeneic cell therapy designed for life-saving use in transplantation centers and specialized academic hospitals.This senior leader will ensure cross-functional launch excellence, align global and regional teams, and drive the successful commercialization of one of the most innovative therapies in the cell therapy landscape.Expect a highly strategic, high-impact role in a complex, fast-evolving therapeutic and regulatory environment.🔥 Key Responsibilities📈 Launch Leadership & StrategyOwn the end-to-end commercial launch strategy for an innovative allogeneic cell therapyLead cross-functional launch readiness across medical, market access, regulatory, supply chain & field teamsDevelop KPIs, forecasting models, and adoption pathways to ensure launch performance🏥 Transplant Center & Specialized Account EngagementBuild a targeted engagement strategy for transplantation centers, academic hospitals & cell therapy hubsMap and segment centers, decision networks, and clinical pathwaysOversee tailored value propositions & educational programs for clinicians, pharmacists & transplant teams🔬 Market Development & PositioningLead insight generation across patient flow, unmet needs, capacity bottlenecks & adoption barriersShape global brand positioning, messaging & differentiationIntroduce innovative commercial models (hub-and-spoke, referral networks, capacity planning)🌍 Cross-Functional & Global CollaborationPartner with global commercial & medical affairs to align strategy and resourcesDrive operational excellence: training, supply chain orchestration, risk planningCollaborate with external partners, KOLs, and cell therapy networks💲 Regulatory & Market Access CoordinationSupport pricing & reimbursement strategies for advanced cell therapiesEnsure alignment of evidence generation with payer & HTA expectationsPrepare the organization for center qualification, chain-of-identity processes, and post-infusion obligations🎓 Qualifications & ExperienceAdvanced degree in life sciences, business, or related field (MBA or MSc/PhD preferred)10+ years in oncology or haemato-oncology commercial roles, incl. multiple successful launchesDeep expertise in cellular therapies, CAR-T, gene therapy, or other high-complexity specialty medicinesStrong capability in matrix leadership & cross-functional managementExcellent understanding of market access, regulatory pathways & evidence strategiesOutstanding communication, leadership presence & stakeholder managementExperience in global or multi-regional environments is a strong plus🧠 Key Competencies🚀 Strategic agility in pioneering therapeutic areas🧭 Operational discipline in launch execution🏥 Deep understanding of transplant & academic ecosystems🤝 Ability to influence senior stakeholders⚡ High urgency, accountability & mission-driven mindset
