Interim PMI / PMO / Transformation Lead (Amsterdam | IT Services)Contract: 6–9 months Start Date: November Location: Amsterdam (on-site required) Day Rate: FlexibleAbout the RoleWe’re seeking a senior-level Interim PMI / PMO / Transformation professional to lead the full-scale integration of two businesses within the IT services sector. This is a hands-on, high-impact assignment for someone who’s done it before — a proven leader who can take full ownership of a complex transformation programme without needing detailed direction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver the end-to-end post-merger integration of two companies, driving alignment across all functions.Act as the central point for PMO and transformation delivery, supporting management teams and ensuring project momentum.Provide clear structure, governance, and communication across multiple stakeholders.Collaborate with executive leadership and report progress to the investment committee and board.Travel as required to ensure on-site engagement and hands-on delivery.Experience & SkillsProven experience leading full-company integrations or large-scale transformations (PMI / PMO).Strong background in IT services, MSP, ERP, or system integration environments.Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and deliver outcomes under pressure.Excellent stakeholder management skills across C-suite and private equity environments (PE experience highly desirable).Fluent English and Dutch preferred (exceptional English-only profiles will be considered).What We’re Looking ForA seasoned transformation professional who:Knows exactly what to do to get a merger done — and does it.Is as comfortable in the boardroom as in the trenches.Brings both strategic oversight and hands-on delivery capability.Thrives in fast-paced, complex, and evolving environments.
