Our mission is to combine traditional recruitment and coaching methods with new technology to provide a tailored and innovative solution to our clients and candidates.We’re partnering with a global consumer group on the appointment of an Interim General Manager to lead its DACH region through an important period of transition and performance acceleration.This is a hands-on regional leadership mandate offering the chance to make a visible impact within a complex, matrixed organisation. The role involves steering commercial performance, strengthening collaboration across multiple functions, and ensuring operational focus and discipline.Key focus areas:Lead a multi-country team to deliver growth and profitability targets.Build strong alignment between commercial and operational functions.Drive execution excellence, accountability, and clear performance standards.Represent the region in senior leadership discussions and drive cross-market cooperation.We’re looking for:An experienced General Manager or senior commercial leader with regional or multi-country experience.A background in branded consumer or manufacturing environments (FMCG, retail, or adjacent sectors).Strong commercial acumen and the ability to lead diverse teams through change.Fluent German and English communication skills.A collaborative, pragmatic leader who can bring stability, focus, and results.Contract: 6–9 months (interim assignment)Location: Hybrid, based in Germany with regional travel
