You’ll enable the team to thrive, grow, and contribute directly to sustainable energy market solutions.You’ll be working in a small to medium-sized Agile Release Train (ART) and coordinating closely with other teams to manage dependencies and ensure smooth collaboration across the organization.What You’ll DoTeam Coaching & Events: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies; coach on Agile principles, values, and methods; promote ownership and continuous improvement.Impediments & Focus: Identify and remove obstacles to maintain focus and ensure the team delivers effectively.Collaboration in the ART: Align with fellow Scrum Masters, synchronize dependencies, and contribute to consistent and predictable delivery.Stakeholder Alignment: Understand business needs, manage expectations, and ensure transparency between the team and stakeholders.Knowledge Sharing: Actively contribute to a culture of learning, working closely with the Product Owner, Developers, and Architects.What You BringHBO+ working and thinking level (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/IT environments.Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus.Scrum Master and/or SAFe certification preferred.Experience in IT or DevOps environments.Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.You’ll Love This Role If You…Are energized by collaboration, coaching, and process improvement.Enjoy connecting people and creating an environment where teams thrive.Believe in continuous improvement, Lean thinking, and value delivery.Want to make a meaningful impact in the energy transition.Note: Professional Dutch Proficiency is a MUST.✨ Why Join?You’ll work in an inspiring environment where your coaching, facilitation, and leadership make a tangible impact every sprint.
