With a professional design and working style, DCA has been a reliable partner of many different customers such as restaurants, shops, offices, residential houses,...INTERIOR DESIGN MANAGER◤ JOB DESCRIPTION:-         Manage and ensure the performance and productivity of the design department; take full responsibility before the Board of Directors for all matters related to the department's functions and duties.-         Provide consultation, develop concepts, and propose design solutions based on directives from the Board of Directors and client requirements.-         Develop project plans, monitor timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of assigned projects.-         Coordinate with relevant departments to implement projects effectively and consistently.-         Resolve technical issues arising on-site related to design.-         Ensure the quality and feasibility of design outputs meet the required standards and client expectations.-         Manage the design team’s operations, including task delegation, technical guidance, drawing review, monitoring, and performance evaluation to ensure maximum efficiency.-         Participate in recruitment, task assignment, training, and development of design staff; propose salary, bonuses, rewards, disciplinary actions, and internal transfers as needed.-         Suggest and implement solutions to improve the effectiveness and productivity of the design department.-         Attend meetings and work directly with clients to gather design requirements and feedback.-         Prepare design quotations and overall design schedules, and communicate these with clients.◤ JOB REQUIREMENTS:-         Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or related field.-         Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or department head role within creative companies in the same industry.-         At least 5 years of experience in design and build projects.-         Proven ability to manage a team of 3–10 members, with strong organizational and work management skills.-         High aesthetic sensibility; constantly seeks innovation and improvement; creative, detail-oriented, meticulous, and proactive.-         Excellent presentation and communication skills; dynamic, honest, and capable of working under high pressure.-         Strong problem-solving ability, clear and logical thinking, with a systematic approach.-         Language: Conversational English required.-         Proficient in design software and project management tools.◤ BENEFITS:-          Salary: negociate-          Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance according to the provisions of law.-          Team building, annual salary review.-          13th month salary, bonus on holidays and Tet according to company policy.-          Be trained to improve skills and qualifications.           Website: http://dreamcomesasia.com/     Work place: 76H Pham Viet Chanh, Thanh My Tay Ward, HCMC.     Work time: 08:30 am -12:00 am, 01:00 pm - 05:30 pm (From Monday to Saturday, 2 days off on Saturday and 01 day of annual leave/month).
