The ideal candidate will combine creative flair with technical expertise, transforming client visions into designs that meet budget, schedule, and quality expectations.عن الوظيفةنبحث عن مصمم داخلي شغوف ومبدع للانضمام إلى فريقنا. المرشح المثالي يتمتع بحس إبداعي وخبرة تقنية، وقادر على تحويل رؤى العملاء إلى تصاميم تحقق التوازن بين الالتزام بالميزانية والجداول الزمنية وجودة التنفيذ.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients to define design goals and project requirements.Translate concepts into detailed layouts, mood boards, and 3D renderings.Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and material schedules.Select finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that bring designs to life.Manage procurement, vendors, and site coordination to ensure seamless execution.Ensure compliance with design standards, safety regulations, and sustainability best practices.Stay updated with emerging design trends, technologies, and materials.المسؤوليات الرئيسيةالتعاون مع العملاء لتحديد الأهداف والمتطلبات الخاصة بالمشاريع.تحويل الأفكار إلى مخططات تفصيلية، لوحات مزاجية، ونماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد.إعداد الرسومات الفنية، المواصفات، وجداول المواد.اختيار التشطيبات، الأثاث، الإضاءة، والإكسسوارات التي تبرز جمال التصميم.إدارة المشتريات والتنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين لضمان التنفيذ السلس.الالتزام بمعايير التصميم واللوائح الأمنية وأفضل ممارسات الاستدامة.متابعة أحدث اتجاهات التصميم والتقنيات والمواد.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Interior Design.3–5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial interior design projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong visualization skills with attention to detail, composition, and functionality.Excellent communication, client presentation, and project management abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time without compromising quality.Saudi Nationality المؤهلات والمهاراتدرجة البكالوريوس في التصميم الداخلي.خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مشاريع التصميم الداخلي السكنية و التجارية.إجادة استخدام AutoCAD وSketchUp وRevit و3D Max وAdobe Creative Suite.مهارات قوية في التصور البصري مع اهتمام بالتفاصيل والتكوين والوظائف.مهارات تواصل وعرض ممتازة وقدرة على إدارة المشاريع بكفاءة.القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة وتسليمها في الوقت المحدد دون التأثير على الجودة.سعودي الجنسية
