Interior Designer

工作职责:Main ResponsibilityCreates concept with a strong design story;support the senior designer on design deliverables to meet budget.Assist the senior designer in the proper execution of design and documentation.Proposed color schemes and design ideas.Communicates conceptual design ideas through 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings.Source and specify furniture;fixtures;finishes;and equipment.Assist the senior designer on the day-to-day project coordination efforts with the ability to prioritize deadlines.Work with client representatives;consultants;contractors;vendors to meet overall project objectives.Coordinate with the project management and construction teams to ensure cohesive documentation for construction.Ability to work with the team members on value-engineering to maintain the design intent.Undertake site;furniture;and equipment surveys.On-site coordination with consultants;contractors;and vendors during construction.Your Qualifications1-3 years of experience in commercial interiors particularly in workplace interiors. Excellent graduate is also preferred.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of design.Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD;SketchUp;Photoshop;and other 3D computer design programs.Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin are essential.BIM knowledge is a plus.任职条件:Same as above
