Job DescriptionPosition: Interior Designer / Architect (Commercial Spaces)Location: Dubai, UAEType: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a creative who can design spaces that speak — cafés that tell stories, retail shops that feel alive, and pop-ups that make people stop and look twice.You’ll work closely with the creative and production teams to translate brand narratives into tangible, functional, and visually striking environments.Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and design commercial spaces (cafés, retail stores, kiosks, and pop-ups)Develop layout plans, moodboards, and 3D visuals that reflect brand identityOversee fabrication and fit-out stages, ensuring design intent and qualityCoordinate with contractors, suppliers, and material vendorsPrepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and technical packagesConduct site visits and manage on-ground design executionEnsure compliance with UAE design codes, materials, and market standardsRequirementsDegree in Architecture or Interior DesignMinimum 3–5 years of experience designing commercial or F&B spaces in the UAEStrong understanding of fabrication methods, materials, and detailingProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative SuiteCreative eye for spatial storytelling and brand-led designAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsPreferredExperience with retail environments, cafés, and pop-up activationsKnowledge of UAE suppliers, fabrication houses, and authority requirementsStrong presentation skills and visual sensibilitySend your CV & Portfolio / hi@theoffsite.studio
