As a designer, you will be looked to for fresh inspiration and design ideas, constantly scoping the design world for upcoming and current trends and implementing these ideas in the spaces you create. What the role will entailMeet with clients to obtain design briefs and relay this to other members of the team.Design & create solutions including concepts, presentations, plans & specifications.Prepare working drawings and specifications for implementing the design.Consider materials, effects and costs, liaise with suppliers, arrange samples and prepare specifications.Attend weekly design meetings and a daily team huddle.PrerequisitesDegree in Interior DesignInterior Design experience (preferably 3 years)Experience with AutoCAD and SketchupAttributes we’re looking forCreativityPassion for designGood organisational skillsAbility to prioritise tasks and manage timeAttention to detailGood people skillsAbility to foresee issues and be proactiveAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentIf you can see yourself in this role as part of the Archway team, please submit your CV via the link below.
