We are currently looking for Intermediate/Senior Interior Designers to join our team with the following details:Job Descriptions:Lead projects from concept stages through completion, work closely with the partners, coordinate consultants, and interface with clients.In-depth experience managing drawing sets through Revit, Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, and InDesign is critical. Other emerging software such as Rhino, Enscape, or Morpholio Trace is an added advantage.Successful candidates will have the ability to translate design concepts into reality while simultaneously managing project workflows.Organize teams and coordinate projects in complex and dynamic situations.Receive a sketch or design direction from Directors/Principal, develop the designs into buildable reality, and efficiently coordinate with consultants and others to bring designs to reality.Responsible for maintaining the profitability & health of the project by keeping in check the deliverable hours and avoiding abortive or repetitive work.Able to lead and coordinate multiple hospitality projects from concept design inception to completion.Required to be hands-on in all aspects of project work, including those that may seem below position.Display exemplary skill in formulating design concepts through storyline narratives, compelling mood imagery, and freehand sketches.Able to physically interpret approved design concepts into beautiful and practical interior design suited to the hotel brand standards.Articulate development of large space volumes, area zoning, space planning layouts, and micro and small space planning.Able to deliver good design within Client budget.Able to coordinate and work with parallel engineering trades (e.g., structural, plumbing, electrical, acoustics, AV, Kitchen) and specialty consultantsBe a driving force for upholding the Company’s reputation for high-quality design, deliverables, and client service, as well as provide encouragement and support to junior designers in nurturing their creative abilities.Able to coordinate with clients and various consultants in meetings, presentations, site inspections, factory prototype reviews, etc.Requirements:Passion and ambition blended with at least three (3) years for Intermediate Designers of working experience (7+ years for Senior Interior Designers) and demonstrating high-quality design and creativity.Minimum degree in architecture or an equivalent qualificationHave experience in Architectural /Interior DesignA proven track record in delivering good quality designed projects, as well as holding a respectable reputation among peers and colleagues both inside and outside the CompanyExcellent knowledge of project delivery and onsite experience of projects across all stages to practical completionAbility to manage own and team times to work on and deliver multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective time management and multi-tasking is key, with a strong use of initiative.Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of junior designersCapable and confident with Client EngagementHighly evolved project management and organizational skillsExperience leading a team brings an enthusiastic, ‘can do’ attitude.Good technical knowledge of building, services, and materials.Great consultant contacts and working relationships.Managing the design process, programming outputs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs that align with the Studio’s ethos and vision.Highly motivated, ambitious, and hungry for learning and growth.Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Willing to be placed in Bali.Important Note: Applicants must know how to converse in English language (Bahasa Indonesia is a must), as the work environment requires to work in multiple locations/countries.
