Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor, based in Pune. The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee on-site construction and design implementation, ensuring all projects are executed as per design specifications and within timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams, monitoring quality and progress, solving on-site issues, maintaining safety standards, and providing regular updates to the project manager. The role requires managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring alignment with client expectations. Qualifications Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and on-site coordinationStrong knowledge of interior design implementation, materials, and construction techniquesAbility to read and interpret architectural drawings and plansProblem-solving skills to effectively handle on-site challengesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and clientsProficiency in tools such as AutoCAD and basic understanding of MS OfficeRelevant experience in site supervision for interior design or construction projectsDiploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldAttention to detail, time management, and dedication to meeting project deadlines
