You’ll style a variety of homes across Sydney, from coastal sanctuaries to city apartments, helping to craft interiors that wow buyers, homeowners, and developers alike.Working closely with our creative team, warehouse crew, and clients, you’ll ensure every installation reflects the signature BOWERBIRD aesthetic of calm, connection, and consideration.What You’ll DoCurate, style, and install beautiful on-trend furniture displays for properties going to market.Manage styling projects end-to-end, from furniture selection to installation and pack-up.Liaise with clients onsite to ensure each space aligns with their brief and our design intent.Take ownership of the quality, finish, and overall presentation of your installs.Contribute to styling content creation, case studies, and brand storytelling.Support our warehouse team by keeping our inventory and spaces organized.Deliver every project with care, creativity, and attention to detail.About YouPassionate about interiors and styling, with an eye for composition and detail.Positive, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a close-knit team.Confident communicating with clients and internal teams alike.Comfortable managing timelines, logistics, and project deadlines.Tech-savvy, organised, and adaptable.Experienced in interior or property styling (or similar creative industry experience).Essential - A driver’s licence and a car (for site travel).Bonus Points If You HaveExperience in photography or social media content creation.
