Job Description

Job Responsibilities:1. Technical Documentation Review and CoordinationReview architectural and engineering drawings for compliance with the approved design concept.Verify accuracy of working drawings for finishes, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.Ensure all documentation meets company standards and contractor requirements.2. Development and DetailingPrepare detailed drawings, specifications, and technical solutions for interior elements. Develop custom details for joinery, furniture, wall panels, ceilings, and other interior components.Coordinate technical solutions with architects, engineers, and suppliers.3. Site Supervision (Author Supervision)Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance.Inspect quality of works and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.Prepare site reports, document observations, and follow up on corrective actions.Approve technical modifications in coordination with the project manager and contractors.4. Coordination with Contractors and SuppliersProvide technical consultations and clarifications to contractors during the construction phase.Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.Participate in technical discussions and ensure correct implementation of design intent.5. Expertise in Engineering SystemsUnderstand the principles of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.Ensure proper integration of MEP systems within the interior design without compromising aesthetics or functionality.6. Mentoring and Team CollaborationGuide and support junior designers on the technical accuracy of drawings.Assist visualizers and concept designers with feasible technical solutions.Maintain consistency and quality standards across all project documentation.7. Attention to Detail and Quality AssuranceEnsure high precision in all technical aspects of the project.Minimize construction errors through careful documentation and coordination.Uphold the company’s standards of excellence in design implementation.
