Interior Workspace Design

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Interior Designer with proven experience in office and hospitality environments. The role focuses on translating design concepts into precise technical documentation, ensuring seamless coordination between design intent, site execution, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will support fit-out delivery through detailed drawings, space planning, and multidisciplinary coordination.Responsibilities:Produce detailed interior drawings including layouts, RCPs, elevations, sections, and joinery details using RevitDevelop space plans that optimize functionality, circulation, and brand identity for office and hospitality settingsPrepare technical packages for tender, construction, and authority approvalsCoordinate with MEP, structural, and fit-out teams to ensure integration and buildabilityConduct site visits to verify design intent and resolve technical issues during executionPrepare material specifications, schedules, and aligned with project and budget requirementsEnsure compliance with Saudi building codes, accessibility standards, and fire safety regulationsSupport value engineering and design optimization effortsRequirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in technical interior design, with a focus on office and hospitality sectorsAdvanced proficiency in Revit for interior documentation and detailingStrong understanding of space planning, interior finishes, and construction methodsFamiliarity with AutoCAD and other drafting tools is a plusAbility to interpret design briefs and produce accurate technical drawingsDiploma or degree in Interior Design or related fieldExcellent coordination, communication, and time management skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in workplace strategy, branded environments, or hospitality fit-outsKnowledge of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination
