Project management skills are key — this key team member will guide projects from conception through execution and to completion, will coordinate seamlessly with Vendors, Artisans, Clients, and our Internal Team to ensure every detail is executed as envisioned.Job Requirements Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in high-end interior design or architectural design Degree from an accredited school Confident in executing the full design process: Conception, Schematic, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Construction Administration, Sourcing, Procurement, and Installation Fluent in AutoCad, Sketchup, MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), Asana, and Google Suite. Enscape knowledge is a plus. Sharp problem-solving, analytic, and creative-thinking skills Keen eye for detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flexible working style and a willingness to adapt to the daily needs of the Principal and Design Team High-level of integrity and dependability Detail oriented and extremely organized Ability to prioritize and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously Proactive and able to anticipate the next steps forward Advance knowledge of design principles, aesthetics, and design history Positive, energetic energy (we enjoy the work and each other!) Hand-sketching skills are a plus Ability to work in person in Los Angeles. The Studio is located in Atwater Village.
