Intermediate AccountantJob Descriptiono Create and submit Invoices for specified customer.(T&M)o Revenue analysis and reconciliation support.o Create Projects and assign them to various consultants in AX.o Preparing, tracking and reporting on consultant onboarding, termination, and relocations etc. o Reconcile expensify (Export AP transaction data to AX for posting).o Preparation and submission of Fixed priced (FP) project revenue report.o Perform Fixed Price Invoicing.o Prepare MS CSP & AWS SPP revenue/cost analysis and JV posting.o Supporting revenue accounting process.Profile Requirements• At least 1-3 years of accounting experience. • University degree in Accounting or Finance.• Problem solving skills.• A self-organized person who is able to work remotely.• Advanced/ intermediate Excel skills, ability to work with formulas, lookups and pivot tables.• Strong analytical skills.• Ability to meet deadlines with tight timelines. • Previous experience working with accounting software. • Fast learner, detail oriented and ability to multitask.• Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills.• Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to work with an international Finance team.Benefits For this position of Intermediate Accountant we plan to offer you: • Starting Gross Monthly Salary = 2.000 - 2.500 CAD (Negotiable) • Other Ad-Hoc Bonuses (per company internal policy) • 100% Petty Cash Reimbursements • 40 Days Paid Absence (6 Vacation Days, 34 Wellness Days) • 400+ Lifelong Learning Courses (and new on Demand) • Corporate Laptop• 100% Flexible Working Hours on Project Demand • Work & Travel Opportunities in EU and Canadahttps://adastracorp.com/careers/colombia/
