Oakdale Montessori School Bellville is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and qualified Intermediate Phase Teacher to join our nurturing and vibrant team.Position: Intermediate Phase TeacherStart Date: January 2026Location: Oakdale Montessori,Curriculum: Montessori-aligned with CAPS integrationAbout Us:Oakdale Montessori is a child-centered learning environment where we combine the Montessori philosophy with the CAPS curriculum to provide learners with a balanced, hands-on and holistic education. We pride ourselves on cultivating independence, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning in every child.We’re Looking For Someone Who:Has a passion for teaching and early childhood development.Is familiar with or trained in both Montessori methodology and CAPS curriculum.Demonstrates warmth, patience, and strong classroom management skills.Is organized, energetic, and works well within a collaborative team.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a Montessori teaching qualificationSACE registrationAt least 2 years’ experience in a Intermediate Phase or Montessori classroomProficient in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)Knowledge of CAPS and Montessori teaching strategiesFirst Aid training is advantageousKey Responsibilities:Deliver engaging lessons aligned with Montessori and CAPS principles.Foster a nurturing environment that supports individual growth.Maintain thorough and accurate learner records and assessments.Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents.Prepare and manage a well-organized and stimulating classroom environment.How to Apply:Please send your CV, a short cover letter, and contactable references to:📧 taylab@oakdalemotessori.co.za
