You’ll collaborate with passionate researchers, strategists, and designers to bring ideas to life across the entire journey — from discovery and insight-gathering to design and delivery.If you’re the kind of designer who loves untangling complexity, thrives in Figma, gets excited about research-driven decisions, and wants to see your work make a real-world impact, you’ll feel right at home here.What You’ll DoLead and conduct user research such as interviews, usability tests, observations, surveys, and workshops.Analyze and translate research insights into reports, personas, journey maps, and strategic design opportunities and recommendations for clients.Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that make complex processes simple and intuitive.Build and refine design systems and component librariesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to co-create and iterate on solutions.Facilitate client workshops and communicate design decisions with confidence and clarity.Develop and test information architectures and content structures that enhance usability.Advocate for accessibility, inclusion, and user-centered design at every stage of a project.Support development teams by providing design specifications and ensuring a consistent user experience through implementation.Contribute to internal initiatives by collaborating with our marketing and talent teams — from brainstorming creative campaign ideas and supporting community webinars, to writing the occasional blog post or lending your expertise to help review candidate portfolios.What You Bring4 - 7 years of experience as a UX Designer (or equivalent role) with strong capability utilizing Figma and an affinity for research and design strategy.An excellent understanding of human-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design principles.Experience working on complex digital products, platforms, or multi-tiered systems in an agile consulting environment.Comfort with ambiguous or complex challenges—and the ability to make sense of them through design.Strong visual storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.A collaborative mindset—you love working in teams and sharing ideas openly.A self-starter mindset with positive energy, curiosity, and a can-do attitude.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with service design or mapping systems that span multiple touchpoints (digital + in-person).Experience designing in public sector, healthcare, or enterprise environments.BilingualFamiliarity with web accessibility / WCAGApply today with your resume and portfolio that showcases your design process, from research to execution
