BIZDATA INSIGHTS aspires to be the most comprehensive market, business & economic insight, data intelligence, and business advisory platform in Bangladesh.We deliver industry-focused news, insights, and data across 50+ sectors of Bangladesh by curating and analyzing information from 100+ trusted sources.Our powerful B2B company database helps businesses and professionals access verified data, discover leads, and make smarter, data-driven decisions.About Role: In this position, one has to use advanced data skills and also should have the knowledge about data searching from various sources, data collection and scraping from various websites and source files, and data cleaning. This individual must be passionate about data, be patient, and be able to deliver it at the appropriate time.Job Responsibilities:Research & Collect Company Data, Business Data, Industry Data, and Economic Data from different private and public sources.Scrape data from different websites and documents.Validate the collected data with different sources.Develop different analytics.Monitor input to ensure consistency, quality, and integrity of data.Perform daily assigned tasks as per the instructions of the supervisor.Qualification: Fresh Graduate preferably from BBA/Statistics/CSE.Solid Python knowledge.Familiarity with techniques and tools for crawling, extracting and processing data (e.g. Scrapy, pandas, mapreduce, SQL, BeautifulSoup, etc).Strong technical skills in Excel, Google Sheet and other spreadsheet applications.Soft Skills:Strong Curiosity & Passion for Data – Deep interest in exploring and understanding any form of data or information across diverse sources.Analytical Mindset & Resourcefulness – Ability to dig deep and uncover rare or hard-to-find information that others may overlook.High Level of Patience & Consistency – Willingness to perform repetitive research and data tasks with accuracy and focus over time.Adaptability & Team Spirit – Willing to handle different tasks beyond the main role and support whatever the company needs in a fast-changing startup environment.Effective Communication Skills – Clear and professional communication within the team and, when required, with clients or external partners.Other Information:Individuals have come to the office 4 days per week as needed.
