Please note that the next internship program kicks off on March 1 (not September 1 as mentioned in the livestream).Your missionSupport the Legal Team on day-to-day contract reviews, such as non-disclosure agreements, technology and data protection agreements, and on various internal and external projects.Provide direct support to the Company Secretary and Deputy Company Secretary on core corporate governance functions, e.g. coordinating executive signatures and notarizations and managing various corporate housekeeping tasks.Collaborate with On’s IP Team on various topics, in particular with customs enforcement cases including document and database management, and verifying counterfeit products. Work with On’s Labour Law Team on various employment topics through focused legal research, contributing to the development of internal training programs, and drafting standardized legal templates. Provide support for On’s compliance programs, including On’s third-party risk management process.Manage and maintain the Legal Team's knowledge and records by optimizing electronic files and supporting the full cycle of policy management—including design collaboration, internal communications, and intranet publication.Your storyBachelor’s degree in LawExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German is a plus.
