Intern - Project & Development Services (P&DS)

Overview Knight Frank’s Project & Development Services (P&DS) division is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the team in its Dubai office. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse range of functions while working alongside a multidisciplinary team delivering PMC and fit-out projects across the region.The role is designed to provide broad-based administrative and operational support across all project stages, including documentation, project coordination, reporting, and team logistics. As part of the P&DS service line, the intern will gain insight into how commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments are strategically planned, managed, and delivered — from initial mobilization to final handover.This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career, offering mentorship, hands-on learning, and the potential to transition into a permanent position within Knight Frank MENA’s growing P&DS business.ResponsibilitiesManage all department invoicing, collections and financial reporting under supervision of Head of P&DS UAE.Manage all department bookings for events, travels, on boarding activities under Knight Frank Human resources, finance, Legal and compliance departments procedures and in coordination with P&DS requirements.Manage all documentation, contracts, audits and relevant procedures related to P&DS under Knight Frank Human resources, finance, Legal and compliance departments procedures.Manage time planning for all P&DS commitments under Head of P&DS UAE & Egypt supervision.Support P&DS team members under Head of P&DS UAE/Egypt directions for Human resources responsibilities including on boarding, leaves, expenses, learning and development or other needed under Knight Frank Human resources, finance, Legal and compliance departments procedures.Co-ordinate business pitches and to ensure a compelling and impactful proposition.Assist in Developing research / marketing material to define your region’s market position.Promote P&DS business region on social media in coordination with the Knight Frank Marketing Team.Support in Business Development in collaboration with the Head of P&DS.Support in Identification in potential business leads and opportunities in line with the P&DS business plan and objectives and actively manages pipeline.In collaboration with Head of P&DS and Marketing Team prepares appropriate marketing collateral for P&DS.Support Head of P&DS in pursuits and recommendations for resources.Ensure there is Business Services support in place relevant for size of business and managed efficiently to be a high performing team.Work with the Head of P&DS and the Marketing Team to continuously improve the pitching documents and presentations, marketing material and product marketing strategies to provide the best product in the region for both domestic and international sales.Prepare documents for uploading in project document controlling platforms and Manage all DC systems in association with Team assigned DC.Manage and update project logs, issue client reportsMake sure all suitable meeting minutes are captured.Demonstrate excellent verbal, numerical and report writing skillsDemonstrate flexible and can work to deadlinesDemonstrate expert Use with word, Excel, power point and other Microsoft Office programs to an advanced levelSkills and Qualifications1 – 2 years of relevant previous experience working in the Middle East.Degree in Project Management, Construction, Architecture (or similar field) Additional accreditation would be advantageous.Soft skillsLanguage skills: Fluency in English, written and verbal. Fluency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous.Travel: Flexible attitude towards travelling.
