This is an excellent opportunity for a student currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field to gain hands-on experience in the real estate and construction industry.Job DescriptionAbout the Role: Support the project team with documentation, reporting, and coordinationAssist in project tracking, scheduling, and cost control activitiesParticipate in contractor/vendor coordination and site meetingsSupport site inspections to monitor work quality, progress, and safety complianceHelp with data collection, benchmarking, and analysis for project reportingAssist in preparing tender documents and evaluating proposalsCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants across various stages of the project lifecycle About YouCurrently enrolled in a university program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or similarPassion for real estate development and the built environmentStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team settingFamiliarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD or project management tools is an advantageAvailable to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 monthsWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?
