Together, we can build the future of data storage.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the Digital Transformation project by integrating systems, automating workflows, enabling real-time dashboards, implementing predictive maintenance, and building digital skills across the organizationWork on a project-based assignment focused on migrating the department's existing web-based and Microsoft Power BI dashboards into Spotfire for enhanced analytics and visualizationEnsure the transitioned dashboards are maintainable, scalable, and capable of supporting future enhancements to meet evolving business requirementsQualificationsREQUIRED:Pursuing a bachelor's in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science, Data science, or a related fieldInternship student in the cooperative education program (CWIE) is required to have an internship period of at least 4-6 monthsSkillsSkills in SQL, Python, and R for custom analysis and data visualizationSkills in Project ManagementKnowledge in Statistical AnalysisDemonstrate a good level of English proficiencyAdditional InformationWestern Digital thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
