Intern - Videography & Media

This is a hybrid internship based in Atlanta with flexible scheduling. The Videography & Media Intern will work across VIRU’s family of brands (Studio of Ruth, Focused Conversations, and Legacy in Bloom Foundation, Inc.), supporting content creation for classes, events, podcasts, and digital platforms.Day-to-day, the intern will have the flexibility to work independently from home on editing and media management, provided deadlines are met. In-person studio time will primarily be for filming days (scheduled weekly or biweekly based on availability, e.g., every Thursday) and occasional collaborative sessions.Responsibilities include:Filming classes, workshops, podcasts, and eventsEditing short- and long-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedInSupporting podcast production (multi-camera setup, lighting, audio sync)Assisting with creative concepts for reels, graphics, and brand storytellingOrganizing and archiving media content for easy accessThis role provides hands-on experience in a creative, entrepreneurial environment with opportunities to expand your portfolio, build professional networks, and contribute to meaningful community-driven projects.QualificationsVideography, video editing, and media management skillsExperience with video production equipment and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)Ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing team and founderStrong attention to detail, creativity, and storytellingExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced creative environmentAvailability to work on-site in Atlanta, GAPursuing or completed a degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related fieldBonus: interest in fashion, art, entrepreneurship, or nonprofit media
