Job Description (JD)Position Title: Intern, Social Media & Influencer MarketingLocation Details : Los Angeles, CA, United States, 90020Position Details About the RoleAs an Intern, Social Media & Influencer Marketing, you will have the opportunity to work across LG H&H’s family of brands. This role will be actively involved in growing brand awareness through new tactics and data-driven strategies. You’ll collaborate with a creative team to build and engage fan communities for LG H&H beauty and personal care brands. ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing monthly social media calendars and strategies for product launches and key cultural momentsEnsure alignment across marketing touchpointsManage scheduling, tagging, and publishing across platformsCreate and adapt content for Stories, Reels, and posts, including writing brand-aligned captionsMonitor daily engagement and respond to community interactionsIdentify and flag trending topics or conversationsStay up to date on social and beauty/skincare trends and share insights with the teamIdeate, film, and edit short-form video content using in-app toolsBe comfortable speaking on camera when neededInfluencer ResponsibilitiesSupport organic influencer gifting across LG H&H brands by identifying creators, coordinating outreach, and managing shipmentsHelp grow and maintain a pool of influencers, tracking key moments and maintaining relationshipsAid in execution of internal influencer giftings and manage in-office gifting inventoryTrack and audit the internal influencer network regularly to ensure accuracyAssist with the organization and upkeep of influencer platforms such as Tribe Dynamics and StatusphereRequirements QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or Advertising from an accredited college0-2 years of experience in a related fieldExcellent communication skillsExperience with major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and TwitterExperience with image/video editing software is a plusAbility to work well with cross-functional partners with minimal oversightDemonstrated passion for social media and content creationActive social media presenceExperience in or high interest in beauty industrySkillsInfluencer MarketingSocial MediaCommunication
