TasksAssist the Sales Qualification and After Sales Qualification Managers with various projects and tasksSupport initiatives related to People Excellence, Sales Qualification, and After Sales Qualification, including regional product and brand training, skills training, staff certification, and related change management effortsMonitor training KPIs, generate monthly KPI reports on training success, and facilitate communication with local market trainersRequirementsStudy in Business Management, Sales, and Marketing or relevant other studiesFluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeOpen-minded, organised, analytical, and quality oriented, able to work independently and prioritiseTeam-oriented and possesses a good intercultural understandingPast internship experience preferredDuration: 6 months
