Intern AI & Copilot Implementation – Research Internship Minimum 32 hours per week What will you do?As an AI & Copilot Implementation Intern, you will play an active role in Bonduelle’s digital transformation. You will explore how artificial intelligence (AI) and tools like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT can be used smartly to make our work easier, faster, and more enjoyable.You will be based in the HR department, but your insights may also impact Finance, Sales Support, and other departments with administrative processes. You will work with colleagues who embrace innovation and continuous improvement, and your ideas will truly be heard and tested.Your key tasks include: Process analysis: mapping administrative tasks and workflows within HR and other departments. Exploring AI applications: identifying which tasks can be supported or automated with Copilot or ChatGPT. Developing Proofs of Concept: designing small AI pilots or demos and testing them using real (secure and responsible) Bonduelle data. Measuring results: assessing how much time or efficiency gains the applications deliver. Advising and training: translating your findings into clear recommendations and practical guides or training materials for colleagues. Supporting change: helping teams adopt AI step by step and embed it in their daily way of working. You will have plenty of freedom to bring in your own ideas and interests. Who are we looking for?We are looking for someone who: Is currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in (Industrial) Engineering, IT, Data Science, AI Innovation, Business IT & Management, or Innovation/Information Management. Is available to start in January or February 2026, for a period of 5 to 6 months (minimum 32 hours per week). Has an affinity with lean thinking, digitalization, and artificial intelligence. Is analytical, proactive, and independent. Gets excited about process improvement, innovation, and working with new technologies. What do we offer?
