We also understand and appreciate that diversity is a driver of creativity and innovation, which will make our business more competitive, compelling and profitable.”Job ResponsibilitiesWhat you will do:Provide exceptional implementation and administrative support to nominated Sales Executives and Sales Managers.Maintain and continually enhance knowledge of TV, radio, Digital Advertising products, Integrated Solutions, Social Media Marketing, Product sampling, event management, live-show experiences (as part of internship learning framework).Support and have joint responsibility with nominated Account Sales Executives & Sales Managers for all aspect of client servicing.Attend external / internal meetings when deem required with the supervision of Sales ManagersCampaign monitoring and progress updates; conveying reports, air checks, online to agency/clientOther reasonable duties as requested by Sales Managers / Head of Sales.“It's our people that make Astro Malaysia’s leading entertainment company. We also understand and appreciate that diversity is a driver of creativity and innovation, which will make our business more competitive, compelling and profitable.”RequirementsWho you are:Business/Advertising/Commerce/ Communications or in any relevant fieldDemonstrate experience/knowledge in customer service and/or media (TV, radio, online-digital, social management)Computer skills in Microsoft Applications – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and ExcelExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or other languages is an added advantage.Resourceful, self-motivated with excellent presentation and interpersonal skillsPassionate in media and entertainment industryAbility to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teamsStrong team player and Results -orientedAble to organize resources, present reports, and coordinate project workPC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
