Join UsThe intern Cusstomer Education & Insights is responsible for creating educational materials for customers with analyzing customer data to improve overall strategy.. Key Accountabilities Delivery of local, Regional Focus groups, Formal & Informal Interviews Support other departments by conducting Focus Groups Drive and Lead the Customer Education squad to improve the experience with monthly meetings Customer Education for all products and services in line with all touchpoints Customer pain points Lead the management and prioritization of the product backlog, ensuring alignment with stakeholder and product manager strategies Embed Voice of the Customer into the product lifecycle (CX Gates) Be Part of the COPS Agile Squad that delivers COPS projects and products by ensuring that GTM for all new COPS products is done before launchCompetenciesHighly Motivated Self-StarterExcellent communication skillsCreative mind-setFast thinkerGood interpersonal skillsA good command of written and spoken English and SesothoQualifications And Experience Degree in Management, Business or a business-related field Must have at least 1 year’ the successful delivery in Product Ownership (or equivalent role) across full product lifecycles, from MVP to marketable products in iterations, including support transitionAt least 1 year Customer Experience or Customer Care experienceTelecommunications experience would be an added advantage
