Managed by an experienced team with deep expertise in Latin American markets, Dolomiti combines rigorous investment discipline with innovative trading strategies. Role Overview • We are seeking a motivated intern to work directly with the two Partners of Dolomiti Capital. The role provides hands-on exposure to fund operations, trading execution, investor relations, and back-office procedures. This is an opportunity for a near or recent graduate with a strong academic background in Finance, Administration, Business, Economics, or Engineering to gain practical experience in asset management and capital markets. Key Responsibilities • • Support Partners in administrative and operational tasks related to the fund’s daily activities. • Assist in trade execution and back-office processes, including reconciliations, settlements, and compliance documentation. • Maintain and update investor presentations, performance reports, and marketing materials. • Contribute to research projects on fixed-income markets, asset swaps, and arbitrage opportunities. • Coordinate with fund administrator, custodian, and other service providers on operational matters. • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting, documentation, and internal controls. Qualifications • • Last semesters or Recent graduate in Administration, Finance, Business, Economics, or Engineering. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills. • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Bloomberg is a plus. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Interest in capital markets, fixed income, and investment management. • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
