To support our Events team we are searching for a Intern Global Events (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.What You Will DoGeneral admin tasks to support with behind-the-scenes tasks to bring an event to life, e.g. shipping samples, updating creative decks, and post event gifting managementResponsible for post event reporting presentation and internal sharing of event assetsResponsible for weekly reports to the management teamSample cupboard and archive managementNew supplier research and sample testing (where needed)Liaising with suppliers to ensure the safe delivery of our event materials and facilitating the storage of them post eventSupport the shipping and customs teams in the creation of labels and tracking of shipmentsWho You AreDegree background in Luxury Fashion Management, Events, Marketing or Public RelationsTime management and organizational skillsExcellent communications skillsAttention to detailEnglish fluencyAvailable for 6 months in MunichWilling to work in a fast-paced environmentPrevious internships or experience working in events is valuedWhat We OfferMobile office with up to 20% of your total contracted hours (job and position permitting)12 days of vacation during your 6 month internshipA monthly gross salary of 2,222.00€ for voluntary internships, or a monthly gross salary of 1,100.00€ for mandatory internshipsDiscounted membership for selected sports platforms & gymsDiscounted travel cardCorporate Benefits PlatformAccess to LinkedIn LearningIndividual support on mental health & well-being (e.g. compatibility work and family life)
