Fully embedded in the Swiss MedTech team, you will contribute to shaping our health economic and reimbursement activities. Your main tasks will be:Building of a database and executing reimbursement simulations across inpatient and outpatient tariff systemsAnalysis and visualization of medical coding and reimbursement changes relevant to JnJ’s MedTech portfolioServing as the local point of contact for regional HEMA teams to ensure alignment with local business needsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to identify evidence gaps and supporting the development of new health economic tools and marketing materialsAdaptation and communication of product value propositions to support our local sales forceQualifications - Education And ExperienceA completed bachelor's or ongoing master's degree in life sciences (biomedical sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, medicine) or a mathematical‑technical / computer‑science background with an interest in health economicsKnowledge of the Swiss healthcare systemQualifications - SkillsA high level of enthusiasm and a keen interest in the MedTech industryExcellent German, French or Italian, as well as very good English skills; other languages are a plusExcellent command of Microsoft Excel and common visualization tools (eg Power BI)Applied programming and data analysis skills (eg Java, SQL)Able to understand scientific data and to translate these into a practical narrativeTeam spirit, creativity, proactivity and a strong organizational talentOur Offering6/7 months full time internship in an international healthcare company to grow your professional experience, start date February 2026The chance to be part of a world-leading company in the MedTech field and to have this cross-functional experience added to your CV.Great team and excellent sense of belongingFlexible working conditions with the opportunity of 40% remote work if the job allowsMany attractive benefits support your physical, mental, and financial wellbeing.
