Job Description

As a Marketing Intern, you will support the Marketing team in strengthening INTERSPORT’s brand presence within the sports community. The primary focus will be to support the football category’s marketing efforts.RESPONSIBILITIESThe role of Marketing Intern (Football) has the following key responsibilities: To support the Football Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and projects.Assist with the development of consumer activation concepts.Conduct research on football trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities, and share relevant updates with the team.Help create and schedule engaging content for INTERSPORT’s social media channels to connect with the Gen Z target audience.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign briefs, presentations, and reports.Support the marketing manager in the marketing plannings in regard to events and products launched by SB partners in the upcoming seasons.Supports in gathering and preparing reports on marketing activities and outcomes.Support the organization and planning of football events and activations.Assist with administrative and ad-hoc marketing tasks as needed.Keep track of meeting minutes and share with the relevant stakeholders.Additionally, to support the other Category Marketing Managers in:Coordinating the International Marketing Calendar and category marketing calendars, throughout our internal sell-in process. Contributing to the successful delivery campaigns and product drops in partnership with our biggest brands, by managing and coordinating content delivery.Sharing campaign updates and insights through the weekly and monthly update calls.Supporting the team with sample coordination (ordering, tracking, and returning).KEY REQUIREMENTSCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Strong passion for sports, with a good understanding of the football world and its fans/consumers.Genuine interest in marketing; previous experience in social media, content creation, or event support is a plus but not required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.Proactive, organized, and eager to learn, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable taking ownership of your responsibilities and contributing to team goals.A true team player with a hands-on mindset and a positive attitude.Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
