Learning & Development Intern Are you someone who enjoys helping others grow, keeping things organized, and using technology to make learning more effective? We’re looking for an intern who’s genuinely interested in employee development and wants to gain hands-on experience in training coordination and learning systems to support our Learning and Development team in delivering impactful employee training experiences.What You’ll Do• Manage the Learning & Development mailbox, responding to internal queries and requests• Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration (e.g. course enrollment, registering learning)• Assist with training promotions, calendar invites, reminders, and internal communication• Coordinate training sessions (virtual or in-person)• Maintain accurate training records and gather feedback to support continuous improvement• Help prepare learning content and materials using tools like PowerPoint and SharePointWhat We’re Looking For• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Learning & Development, or a related discipline• Strong interest in corporate training and employee development• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Tech-savvy – comfortable with MS Office, Outlook, Teams, Canva. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a customer-focused mindset• A team player who is adaptable and eager to learnWhat we offer• A challenging internship in a dynamic and learning-by-doing environment.• Internship allowance• Travel allowanceApply now!Do you recognize yourself in the above description?
