We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join AlconThe intern will support the Head of L&C and the L&C Manager in the management of legal and compliance matters concerning Alcon operations in Italy relevant to Company’s Franchises (Surgical and Vision Care).In particular: LEGAL ACTIVITYSupport in reviewing of promo, marketing and advertising materials to ensure the compliance with relevant local legislation;Support in finalizing common contracts, such as confidentiality agreement, supply, service agreement & engagement letters;Support in the management of data privacy matters;Support in the management of Company Secretarial matters;Case law & doctrine researches;Administrative activities (management of POs, invoices, official correspondence, etc).Interaction with internal and external partners (Alcon enabling functions, business, external lawyers) COMPLIANCECompliance support to local VC/SX/enabling functions teams.Support in implementation/review of internal policies and procedures;Support in on-boarding and specific trainings to other functions;Supporting Supervisory Body activities (minutes finalization, information flows, researches, tracking of trainings and procedures launched/implemented)Supporting Compliance Committee activities: quarterly local monitoring activities on the status of the compliance program; quarterly compliance committee meetings and updates.Support to the Regional Due Diligence Coordinator for due diligence process of local third parties, if needed.We are looking for a new graduated student with a Law Master’s Decree or a newly qualified lawyer with a Master in Business Law or equivalent.The ideal candidate has:Fluent knowledge of English and Italian;Very good command of MS Office is required;Analytical skills, willingness to work in a team and by objectives;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;Learning agility and high energy level complete the ideal profile.The internship will last 6 months (with possibility to be renewed) and it will be located in Milano.ATTENTION: Current Alcon Employee/Contingent WorkerIf you are currently an active employee/contingent worker at Alcon, please click the appropriate link below to apply on the Internal Career site.Find Jobs for EmployeesFind Jobs for Contingent Worker
