Customer Support Intern (m/f/d) – Twiliner​Location: Zurich (hybrid possible)​Start: as soon as possible or December 2025​Duration: 100%, 6 months (paid internship)​​At Twiliner, we are rethinking night travel across Europe, connecting European cities with sustainable and comfortable night buses. To make the customer experience smooth and personal, we are looking for a Customer Support Intern to join our team in Zurich.​​✨ Your mission​You will be part of the team that ensures that every Twiliner customer feels cared for. You are an important touchpoint for our customers. Your work is key for customer happiness and retention and strengthens our premium brand positioning. You contribute to changing how people travel across Europe – more sustainably, more aware, more respectful.​​🧭 Your responsibilities​Customer Support: Handle customer requests, booking and re-booking, lost and found. Set up a smooth, efficient process using our CRM software, e-mails, and chat. Look into new ways using AI.​Group & Charter Requests: Handle group inquiries and tailor-made travel offers, coordinate with our bus partners and the operations team.​Booking Management: Adjust and rebook trips in our booking system, handle refunds, and inform passengers about schedule changes or service updates.​Community Building: Engage with travelers and the public on social media, online forums, and news comments – ensuring that Twiliner is accurately represented and travelers stay inspired.​Knowledge Base & Processes: Help build our internal FAQ, support templates, and process documentation to make our service scalable and consistent.​​💡 Your profile​Completed or ongoing Bachelor or Master Degree in mobility, communications, tourism, business, or a related field.​You enjoy helping people and have excellent written communication skills (German & English, French a plus).​You’re reliable, structured, curious about sustainable mobility and travel.​You’re proactive, tech-savvy, flexible with hours, and comfortable using digital tools. ​You are available to travel regularly with our buses.​​🌍 What we offer​CHF 1’600/month during education, CHF 2’000 after completion (Bsc or Msc). ​A hands-on role in a young, dynamic mobility startup with a strong sustainability mission, a friendly team, short decision paths and the opportunity to shape Twiliner grows.​Insights into customer experience, operations, and digital tools behind a growing travel brand.​Flexible working times and location (Zurich office + remote days).​​🚀 Ready to travel with us?​Send us your CV and a few lines on why you’d like to join Twiliner to service@twiliner.com.​​We look forward to hearing from you!​
