Job DescriptionThe Marketing Intern will support the development and execution of internal communication initiatives that align with the organization’s goals. This role offers hands-on experience in a variety of internal communications practices, including employee engagement, content creation, analytics, and change management.QualificationsYour Skills & ExperienceCurrently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.Minimum B2 level of English (validated through Versant)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.Strong attention to detail and editing skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Experience with design and multimedia tools such as Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and Final Cut.Understanding of internal communications principles and best practices.People-oriented, with the ability to interact and engage with diverse audiences.Organized, proactive, and adaptable to a constantly evolving environment.Company DescriptionPublicis Sapient is a leading digital transformation partner, helping established organizations reimagine their future in a digitally enabled world.
