Job DescriptionJob Overview: We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our team and assist in Sustainability Department. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for active student to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesKey Tasks and Responsibilities: Under supervision and with guidance, you will be involved in learning and assisting with:Assist in data collection, monitoring, and analysis for sustainability programsSupport research on renewable energy initiatives, including conversion of diesel-powered equipment to electricParticipate in Human Right and Worker Welfare activitiesParticipate in Social Investment (CSR) and community development activitiesPrepare reports, presentations, and communication materialsProvide administrative support to the departmentQualificationsEssential Qualifications and Education: Active university student (D3/D4/S1) from one of the following relevant majors:Social Sciences & Humanities: International Relations, Public Policy, Social Welfare, Anthropology, Sociology, Social Work, Development Studies, Public RelationEngineering & Energy: Civil Engineering, Energy Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Naval Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial EngineeringStrong interest in Sustainability, Human Rights and Worker Welfare, Social Initiative (CSR), Energy Conversion and Renewable Energy/De-carbonizationInternship placement is available in McDermott Batam and the minimum duration should be done in 6 MonthsApplicants should not be participating in another internship programApplicants should have strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentAttention to detail and a willingness to follow instructionsAbout UsOur ingenuity fuels daily life.
